Do I need an account?
No. You get a throwaway name like QuietOtter418 (change it if you like), pick interests, and chat. When you leave, everything is gone. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to delete.
How does interest matching work?
Add up to five interests. We look for someone whose tags overlap with yours and connect you 1-on-1, showing what you have in common at the top of the chat. Quiet queue? Drop a tag to widen the pool.
Will I ever see ads inside a chat?
No, never. The conversation screen is ad-free as a hard rule. Ads live on the way in and between chats only, in labeled boxes that never sit between you and a button.
When is video chat coming?
It's in active development as our next phase. Text chat is fully live today; video will appear as an option on this same screen when it's ready.
